What is it?
Toxic Thinking is a free app that aims to help you identify signs of mental illness in yourself and others, and provide you with the necessary resources to deal with it.
It contains five different sections that you can access from the main menu. They are:
1. How do I get my Mental Health?
2. What are the symptoms of Mental Illness?
3. How do I know if I have a mental health problem?
4. What are the risks of having a mental health problem?
5. What are the consequences of not getting help?
What do I need to know?
To help you get your Mental Health, we have compiled a brief guide that will answer all of your questions.
The first thing you need to know is that it is normal to feel sad, depressed, or even feel anxious from time to time.
You should not try to avoid feeling these emotions because they are natural. It is important to learn how to deal with them and to understand why you feel the way you do.
This is why the first section of the app is about how to get your Mental Health. We will try to help you understand what is going on with your mind and what you should do to feel better.
